Rotary's Powerful Connections by John Blount, DDS, Past RI Director

John Blount began a lifelong investment in Rotary when he joined the Rotary Club of Sebastopol at the age of 27.  In the recent past he served two years on Rotary International's Board of Directors; then chaired RI's Communications Committee for two years. He led Rotary's elite world-wide training program for all incoming Governors, as Moderator of the 2015 International Assembly. Dr. Blount has recently retired as a dentist in private practice in Sebastopol, CA.

John is a 2020-21 Outstanding Rotarian of the Year for the Rotary Club of Sebastopol.
